A developer tools and systems company, building in the open.

Every project is a public repository with documentation, kept small enough to read and replace. Many also ship tests and tagged releases.

The work is organized into five systems: agent infrastructure, GPU and ML compute, runtimes and developer tooling, build and release automation, and models and datasets. Together they cover focused tools, shared libraries, the published models and controlled data behind them, and the machinery that ships them. A small number of standalone apps and shared legal documents sit beside the systems.

Palmshed is the name of its collection: the open-source projects here, shipped from GitHub, alongside harpertoken, the machine-learning work on Hugging Face with open models, datasets, and Spaces. The org holds 157 repositories; infrastructure, websites, archives, and mirrors sit outside the project catalog.

Release history

  • v0.2.0 · Eleven Spot2026-09-25

System interface. Presents state, not commands: a SYSTEM readout of projects, repositories, systems, and source instead of marketing copy or a fake boot sequence. Boot-inspired typography becomes the site's identity layer.

  • v0.1.0 · Seven Spot2026-09-18

First stated release. Serves 11 apps with windowing, taskbar, and live GitHub and Hugging Face data. The surface is then quieted: the boot screen, status bar, and search are dropped, live metrics become static fact lines, and the desktop layer sits below the catalog as an exploration layer.
