Overview
A Python recipe runner with a Manager class and a cli.py entry point. It runs project recipes, sets up Git hooks for conventional commits, and renders from templates/. Make targets cover install, test, lint, and check, with design notes in ARCHITECTURE.md and MIGRATION.md.
