Overview
Automated code review for GitHub pull requests using Gemini or Cerebras. The provider is set in harperbot/config.yaml, the matching API key and a GitHub token come from the environment, and the CLI takes a repository and pull request number.
Architecture
harperbot is a GitHub App that slots into a workflow with a single step. It receives repository events, hands them to the harper runtime, and posts the audited results back as checks and comments.
