Overview
A cross-platform code quality and style checker covering dozens of languages, powered by Mega-Linter and Docker. It runs from bin/harpertoken.pl, can install its own Git hooks, and needs Perl and Docker.
Architecture
A single Perl entrypoint drives the checks: it verifies that Docker is available, then delegates linting to Mega-Linter through the container. Installing with --install writes the Git hook that runs the same checks before a commit.
